Love

Loving is the hardest thing we'll ever do
It's leaving ourselves open
So someone can totally know you...
It is taking wings of hope and dreams of forever
And hoping the one who matters
Will want you together
It is seeing the future bright and clear
With only one face
You'll want to be near...
The strength of hope and desire to build a life's dream
Knowing this one person will always
Know what they mean...
Love can completely rule our life and heart
With rainbows of happiness
So that nothing can ever keep you apart

Love

Love is the most powerful
And amazing force
It shapes lives, changes destiny,
And creates havoc in its course
Man has written about it
And wondered since time began
It is not understood
How it flows from heart to hand
Love is the steel bands
That keep us from sinking
When life deals us so many
Trials we just stop thinking
It is the warmth that stays
In a room after everyones gone
Arms holding you is truely home
We are allowed so little time to be on this earth
Yet in all we do or all we are,
Love shapes and creates from birth...

The Indian

The spirits that create us
Connect us to this land
Indians that roamed out earth
Held our lives in their hand
Survival depended on strength
And wisdom of each man
God led and guided the mass
We couldn't understand
As eagles soared above
Mountains and streams
The red man lived close
To nature in life and dreams
His wisdom only took from nature
What was needed
He never emptied all
The spirits had planted or seeded
Red man were judged
By actions and deeds
Now they treated others
And supplied tribal needs
We as a more civilized
And educated race
Will never have knowledge of
The Indian ways of honor and grace...
