Am I Different?

People claim to be the best,
That they are the top of the rest.
That since they have long, glowing hair,
The others with that have to bear.
Boldly I stand in my spot,
Knowing I am not the best from the lot,
But that I am the best in my own way,
I will stand and say what I have to say.
Because I have glasses or braces I am a geek,
Well populars, in the mirror take a peek.
I am tall and very fast, my friends are a bit short but a shadow upon them I do not cast.
Just because they are black, or because they are white, because she is blonde,
Because he of girls gets a fright,
Everyone is the same, everyone can glow,
So am I different? No.
